Positions Available

Climbing Instructor

Are you an experienced climbing instructor with the ability and enthusiasm to run various climbing programs but appreciates a little variety in your job?

We are in search of an instructor to manage summer camps and afterschool youth programs, and provide private and group lessons in addition to working the front desk. Instruction will include managing summer camps and afterschool youth programs, and providing private and group lessons as needed.  Front desk duties include answering phones, checking-in members, selling memberships, and fulfilling daily cleaning duties.

Minimum of three years of climbing experience and at least one year of gym climbing instruction experience specifically with children and adolescents is required.  Must have excellent communication and motivational skills.  Knowledge of climbing techniques and ability to teach all ages and groups.  At least one year of customer service and/or sales experience.  Candidates must be able to work nights and weekends and have flexibility with their schedule.  First aid certified required.

Gym Manager

Do you have excellent management skills.  Can you manage multiple priorities and remain focused and organized?  Are you looking to work with amazing people in an unique environment?

We are in search of an experienced and organized manager to plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the gym facility. Duties and responsibilities include 50% managing daily operations and staff, 40% working the front desk and generating sales, and 10% maintenance work.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; work experience can substitute for the degree.  Minimum of five years of management experience and three years climbing experience is required.  Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills.  Must have general maintenance skills.  Candidates must be able to work nights and weekends.  Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Program Coordinator

Are you an experienced instructor who has the ability and enthusiasm to run various climbing programs in a world-class gym?

We are in search of an instructor to coach our climbing team, manage summer camps and afterschool youth programs, and provide private and group lessons. Must have the ability to provide instruction in a fun, positive and safe environment while encouraging participants to push their personal comfort zones, work on technique, and physical fitness.

Minimum of three years of climbing experience and at least two years of gym climbing instruction experience specifically with children and adolescents is required.  Must have excellent communication and motivational skills.  Knowledge of climbing techniques and ability to teach all ages and groups.  Candidates must be able to work nights and weekends and have flexibility with their schedule.  First aid certified preferred.
