From 1915 to 2010
The building is almost 100 years old. Glass on
three sides, steel trusses. Used until 1979 as
part of the American Can Company, this building has
stood idle for 30 years. Vertical Solutions, from
Salt Lake City, took this shell and inserted a
world-class indoor climbing and fitness gym.
Before and After
Construction
Five months of construction. The primary
contractor was Big-D of Salt Lake City for the
build-outs and digging the pit. Vertical Solutions
of SLC built all the climbing walls and the finish work
on flooring, railing, front desk, alarm, and network
wiring.
